The Form Submissions report counts contact/lead form submissions on your site. Open it from Behaviour → Forms. (This is a Pro feature.)

Headline cards
- Total Submissions in the period.
- Unique Visitors who submitted.
- Forms — how many distinct forms received submissions.
Below, a table breaks submissions down by form and by page.
Supported form plugins
Submissions are detected automatically — no configuration — for:
- Contact Form 7
- WPForms
- Gravity Forms
- Elementor Pro forms
- Divi forms
If you don’t use one of these, the report simply stays empty.
Privacy by design
**Only the form name and the page are stored — never the submitted field
values.** PAJ counts that a form was submitted, not what was entered, so no
personal data from your forms is captured.
Tips
- A form’s submission count alongside its page views (from Content) gives you an effective form-conversion rate.
- Turn a form submission into a Goal to track it as a conversion with paths and channels.
